Alice's story

Alice is a 38-year-old mother of three children. She joined Hand in Hand Eastern Africa in the year 2022 in order to benefit from savings mobilization and enterprise development training.

She does a tailoring business. She is borrowing a Kiva loan to buy clothes and materials to increase her production, hence her income. She plans to use the anticipated income to buy food for her family.
