A loan helped a member to purchase second-hand clothing.

Miujiza Group's story

Yvonne is a trader and a member of the Miujiza credit group, which works with IMF Hekima. She is a 36-year-old married mother to seven children, three of whom are currently receiving an education. She has been earning a living through selling second-hand clothing at market for the past two years.

Yvonne wants to purchase more second-hand clothing. She started her business which capital received from her husband. She would like to purchase a plot of land and see her children well-educated and well-fed. Finally, she would like to thank Hekima for the support they give to entrepreneurs excluded from the traditional banking system.
