David Dio's story

David Dio is a Babban Gona maize farmer from Sarki Kuya Village. David Dio joined Babban Gona to expand his farm and grow his agricultural business. Through Babban Gona’s input loan, David Dio will have access to the best farm inputs in the market such as fertilizers, herbicides and improved seeds. This will will help him earn yields of up to 30 bags of maize/hectare, which is double the Nigerian national average of 14 bags/hectare. This will see him increase his household income considerably.

Thanks to Babban Gona's support, David Dio now has the opportunity to increase his yields and income and use his extra earnings to provide employment to members of his community through his farm.
