Tom is 47 years old and married with eight children living in Kasese, Uganda. Tom is a member of Katebe Farmers Group who and practices farming. He grows crops such as coffee, beans, rice, maize and cotton to sell to raise income for his family. Tom has a dream of growing his business. However, he is faced with a challenge of pests and diseases plus floods, which affect his gardens. Tom wants money to buy coffee and beans for selling and fertilizers and manure for his gardens.
