Diarka, age 59, is the group's representative. She's married and the mother of five children, including four girls. She's a merchant with more than 20 years of experience in the field.
She displays her products at fishing wharfs and sells quality products, which is her strength. With this loan, she intends to buy fresh and smoked fish. Her profits enable her to put money away at the Banc Villageois, pay contributions to her tontines, and also help her husband cover household expenses.
