Rubina baji is a wife of M.. They reside in a city named Arifwala, Pakistan. She owns a two room brick house and has been living in it for the past 8 years. She is the mother of two sons. Her elder son is 8 years old and her younger son is 6 years old.


Rubina baji started sewing clothes as a business 5 years ago. Then she started making her own, self-designed, clothes to sell in the cloth market. Her husband runs a grocery shop in the community. Everyone comes to him to buy groceries. Rubina baji and her husband have a good reputation in the community and in nearby towns. She is applying for a loan so she can buy groceries to help expand her husband’s grocery shop.


She is joined in her loan group by a few more members. Razia baji wants a loan to buy groceries for her grocery shop. Khalida baji wants a loan to buy a donkey cart for loading. Zareena baji wants a loan to buy wood to resell.


This is a group loan. The loan funds will be distributed among the group members, each of whom will invest in her own business. The members mutually guarantee one another's loans. If one member does not repay, the other members are responsible.
