Stella is a female Ugandan, 46 years old and married with six children who are 17, 16, 15, 12, 10, 5 and 2 years old. Three of her children attend school and she is responsible for paying their tuition and meeting all their needs.
Her main business is farming on a small scale where she consumes and sells the surplus. She has applied for a loan through the group to buy organic fertilizers to spread in her banana and vegetable garden. She is hopeful this will help her to increase her yield and output, therefore making a reasonable income to adequately support her family and educate all her children. She is a hardworking person and is thankful to the Kiva lenders through UGAFODE for a job well done.
