Nyepu's story

Nyepu lives and works in the community surrounding Airport. She stopped her education at 6th grade. She is 36 years old, married, and has three children with ages ranging from 6 to 18, who are in school and live at home.

Over the past 14 years, she has been selling oil in her community. Presently, she faces less income problem. She runs the business for 10 hours from Monday to Saturday. She established this business by selling soap, and learned this way of trading from her husband, who is a local business man as well.

She admires how fast customers buy from her and the profit she generates. She requested for 30,000 LRD to buy additional oil for her business. Her plan is to build a house and educate her children.
