A loan helped to buy more spools of thread in different colors, along with the packs of laces, zippers, and buttons.

Saima's story

Saima is a 30-year-old vigorous lady and the mother of three children. She has been stitching clothes for many years. She stitches for the people of her community and uses the income to support her entire family. However, due to a lack of funds she is unable to meet the daily demands of her customers.

For this reason, Saima requested a loan of PKR 30,000 from the Kashf Foundation. She intends to use this loan to buy more spools of thread in different colors, along with the packs of laces, zippers, and buttons. It will allow her to stitch up more dresses on time to generate a healthier income. Saima is in her fourth loan cycle with a good credit history.
