A loan helped to buy ají and tunta.

Juana Guadalupe's story

Juana is a client of our MFI. She works with the communal bank Nueva Vida. She lives in the area of Coqueni, in her parents' house. She has a small child with her husband Julio, who is a carrier. Juana makes a living selling ají (chilli) and tunta (dehydrated potatoes). She brings these items from the town of Desaguadero on the border of Bolivia and Peru and distributes the stock in the markets of the area.

She is requesting this loan to buy tunta and ají for end of year celebrations and carnivals as these festivities is soon and she already has many orders. Juana is a hard working person. She appreciates the support offered by the MFI.
