Every woman seeks the hope of being able to contribute her grain of sand [do her little bit] for her family. Because of this, [these women] have various businesses, such as making traditional blouses, raising vegetables, and raising farm animals, among others. They have been able to complete these goals thanks to those people in different parts of the world who have confidence and believe in the Guatemalan woman.
Marina is one of these women who ten months ago benefited from a loan that they were able to invest in the businesses that they have been running since their inception. Marina specifically was able to invest her loan in the purchase of a variety of fine threads for her weavings.
Along with her group, Marina again approached the Association with the intention of applying for a loan and investing it in the purchase of products for her businesses. Marina especially plans to buy threads in different colors for her weavings, and she will also buy pigs to raise and have nice earnings.
