This smiley woman is Gema. She is a friendly cook who makes traditional food from her area. She makes it with a lot of love for her diners who go there each day without fail, to enjoy her delicious food. She has been doing this work now for 5 years, which gives her a lot of joy each day.
Gema gets her ingredients from the local market at wholesale, and she gets the pork from pig rearing. This assures her that she gets juicy and good-quality pork.
Gema's dream is to get a large premises to make more income, which is why she is seeking financial help from the Kiva organisation to boost more working capital into her business.
