A loan helped to purchase products to better stock her business, including soft drinks, corn, corn flour, meat, and a freezer.

Neydin Mariela's story

The lady is a hardworking woman who has been in business for more than five years, running a grocery store in her home where she sells general groceries, dairy products, soft drinks, and other everyday items. She also supplements her income with a grain mill that serves the entire community and by selling candy on weekends at her village's soccer field, which allows her to maintain several stable sources of income.

The requested loan will be invested in the purchase of products to better stock her business, including soft drinks, corn, corn flour, meat, and a freezer to keep her products in good condition.

Her dream is to continue strengthening her business, expanding her product offering, and improving the conditions of her store to attract more customers and generate higher income, allowing her to provide a better life for her family.

She is deeply grateful to Kiva for its support, as this opportunity allows her to grow her business and maintain her economic stability.
