A loan helped to buy more caps and belts.

Rosmeli's story

In Ocozocoautla de Espinosa, Rosmeli started a small business buy and selling caps and belts, realizing that no one else in the area sold those products. Only 21 years old, she saw a clear opportunity and decided to take advantage of it. She began with very little, but with a firm idea: to offer something different from what existed in the local market.

One of her principal challenges has been keeping her inventory up to date. Her customers constantly want new designs. This obliges her to stay on top of trends and to move quickly, so as not to fall behind. Her effort has had results. Thanks to sustained sales over time, she has managed to save toward the goal of buying a house, a goal that gives meaning to all her work.

Rosmeli requests a loan to buy more caps and belts, to continue meeting customer demand. Her intention is to continue growing within her community and strengthening a business that, while young, has a clear direction.

This loan is special because:

The repayments are aligned with harvest season and farmers' cash flows.
