A loan helped to buy seedlings and organic fertilizer.

Oanh's story

Ms. Oanh is 39 years old and currently lives with her family in Thường Xuân District. She has two children who are still in school. Her eldest is 14 years old and in 9th grade, and her youngest is 6 years old and just started 1st grade. Ms. Oanh lives with her husband’s family.

Sadly, her father-in-law passed away from a serious illness, and her elderly mother-in-law is now in poor health. While her husband works far from home to support the family, Ms. Oanh stays behind to care for the children and her mother-in-law while also trying to earn an income.

To improve her family's financial situation, Ms. Oanh has turned to Thanh Hoá MFI for her first loan. She plans to use the funds to invest in growing acacia trees by purchasing seedlings and organic fertilizer. With experience in farming, she hopes to generate a stable long-term income from the harvests. In addition to earning money, she also wants to contribute to reforestation efforts, helping improve the environment and air quality in her area.

Looking forward, she dreams of a healthier, happier life for her family. She hopes to earn enough to support her children’s education and eventually save enough money to build a new house.
