A loan helped to buy certified potato seed.

Jhon Fredy's story

Jhon is 22 years old, a single young man with a secondary education, living in a rented house. He has worked in agriculture since he was very young. His desire to get ahead and provide a better quality of life for his mother has been his greatest motivation.

Currently, Jhon has a potato crop. His biggest challenge has been the quality of the seed, which had been limiting his production yield. This loan will help him pay for the certified seed he borrowed to start his current crop. This higher-quality seed will allow him to improve production and profitability, thus ensuring the sustainability of his work in the future.

Through his work, Jhon hopes to buy a truck and build a house where his mother can live comfortably, without worrying about rent, as she has made many sacrifices to provide him with an education and a livelihood.
