Juana Jessenia and her family live in Picoazá, a place known for its trade, which is a source of progress and the central economic activity of the town of Manabí. Picoazá is also known by its religious festivals and also by its production of vegetables, legumes and tropical fruits.
Juana Jessenia and her family are entrepreneurs; they prepare artisanal sweets 2 times a week and sell them in small portions in packaged bags. She sells the products at home to the merchants of the surroundings, who always come to buy them; she also sends the sweets to other cities where her customers are always requesting them.
She is very grateful to each of the people who help her with the loans, which allows her to enjoy a good life and keep the business growing. This loan is to buy dried coconuts, peanuts, sesame, sugar, cooking essences, packaging bags and kitchen utensils.
