A loan helped a member to purchase pants, blouses, dresses, shirts, shorts, polo shirts, jackets, skirts, etc.

Gs Omari Group's story

Rose, of Haitian nationality, is a 61-year-old woman who is currently in a common-law marriage. She is an enterprising woman, the mother of a child, and completed up to the first grade of primary school.

She arrived in the Dominican Republic 35 years ago, as she was seeking a better quality of life and a better future. At this time, she has been in business for approximately 40 years.

Previously, she had a business selling food, but this did not generate the necessary income for her to sustain her family. For this reason, she currently works selling clothing such as pants, blouses, dresses, shirts, shorts, polo shirts, jackets, skirts, pajamas, boxers, t-shirts, etc. She also sells cosmetics. She operates this business from her house.

With this loan, she wants to purchase more merchandise so to stock her business and make it grow, to have greater variety, satisfy her customers' needs, and manage to generate more income.

This is her 7th loan with Esperanza International.

Her dream is to be able to travel abroad at some point.

Thank you for supporting Rose and the Omari solidarity group.
