A loan helped a member to buy supplies for the manufacture of wood products.

Calandrias De Infonavit Group's story

The "Calandrias de Infonavit" group is made up of entrepreneurial, responsible women committed to improving their families' quality of life. They live in working-class neighbourhoods where living conditions are average.

Carmen, for example, continues to make wood products. She has a small carpentry workshop in her home. This work continues to generate an income to cover her family's expenses.

With her loan, she buys the supplies required to make furniture. Carmen continues to work to modernize the equipment she uses in her workshop.

The rest of the group is made up of Gisell, Mayra, and Daniela, women who, alongside their families, are trying to get ahead.

In this group: Gisell, Ma Del Carmen, Mayra, Daniela Michelle
