A loan helped to buy organic fertilizers and insecticides to boost his production.

Hector Domingo's story

Héctor Domingo is 72 years old. His beloved wife passed away years ago, and from that relationship, he has two adult children. They live in Rocafuerte, an agricultural area well-known for its hardworking residents who earn their living through fieldwork and animal husbandry.

Héctor Domingo is a very hardworking man who seeks ways to earn a living and support his family. Although life in the countryside is challenging, with a feeling of neglect from the government regarding basic services, he remains committed to his work. He is involved in agriculture, cultivating several hectares of lemon crops, and hopes to improve their quality with the help of loans.

He is seeking a loan to buy organic fertilizers and insecticides to boost his production.

Note: In the accompanying photo, he is wearing glasses, as he recently underwent eye surgery, and his doctor advised him to wear them.
