Aguas Vivas Group's story

Silveria is an enthusiastic, hard-working, and responsible woman. She is 22 years old, is united, and is the mother of a young son, who attends school. Alongside her beautiful family, she lives in the village of Agua Escondida.

With a lot of happiness, Silveria is dedicated to embroidering beautiful güipiles (traditional embroidered blouses). She started this work from a young age. Thanks to her kindness, she now has customers, and that motivates her to continue giving her best to her small business and to gaining new customers.

She and the Aguas Vivas loan group, which is made up of 4 women, are seeking a loan this year to invest in the business they do from home. This led them to approach the ADICLA Association to apply for a loan to invest in their businesses. Silveria specifically plans to purchase fabrics and threads from different brands, such as Cristalito, Sedalina, and Mish.
