A loan helped to buy thread in different colors and also brands.

Jenifer Yamilet's story

Jenifer is young, enthusiastic and a hard worker. She is 20 years old and single. She lives with her family in San Juan Comalapa, an area with cold temperatures and hard-working people.

This beautiful lady dedicates her life and her time to making güipiles (traditional embroidered blouses) for the women in her community. She's been doing this work for years. She feels blessed to have her business as it generates the earnings to help her family with the household expenses.

One of Jenifer's goals is to buy thread in different colors and brands. For this reason, she requested a loan from the ADICLA Association to invest in the aforementioned thread.

She waits with hope for this loan that will help her greatly in her life as a small business entrepreneur.
