Bernardine is 35 years old and married with three children. She and her family live in a rural village. She has a business selling staple products, while her husband raises animals.
She has already benefited from a few loans from Vahatra to boost the couple's working capital. Her last loan was for raising pigs, and she made a profit which enabled her to boost her savings to help with the building of their own house later on.
Bernadine needs this loan to buy products such as white rice, soaps, pasta, cooking oil and others to resell. She is expecting to make a good profit and will improve her family's living conditions, as well as boosting her savings. She thanks the lenders who are going to support her business.
