Olive's story

Olive is 45-year-old woman who resides at Ruhango village, Rwanda where with her husband and six children.

She has been practicing agriculture for more than 4 years now, cultivating carrots, green vegetables, cabbages and tomatoes. She has been supplying some of her harvest tothe local market,and leaves the rest for her household.

She is requesting 600 000 Rwandan francs from CLECAM EJOHEZA Plc to expand her tomato farming business, by buying planting seeds, pests and desease control, plus buckets which will help her in irrigating and securing the premises of her farm.

By the time of harvest, she expects to raise a lot of tomatoes and increase the amount she sends to the market. This will help her get more money to care for her family.
