A loan helped to buy dry food to sell.

Viola's story

Viola is a refugee mother of five children who all are school going and live with her. They live in Yumbe which is in the west Nile region of Uganda.

Things have not been easy but despite what happened before Viola has chosen not to give up but to work hard and make her life better than it was before.

She has a small stall where she sells foodstuff, and she has her customers despite the stiff competition. She would like to add more stock.

Viola now knows her business much better and understands what she should stock, so that she does not tie up her capital in items that do not sell.

With this addition, she will be able to boost her sales and offer her family a better life. Her dream is to build a permanent house.
