A loan helped to buy ingredients and materials for local brew production.

Seriano's story

Seriano is 28 years old from Buhweju in Western Uganda. He is a farmer of seasonal crops like beans and millet. He also rides boda-boda and also makes local brew for sale in the neighboring villages.

Seriano is a first-time borrower of EBO SACCO and is applying for a loan to buy ingredients—for example, bananas, sorghum, and materials like jerrycans to use for local brew production. This will enable him to make a large amount of brew to sell which will boost his income.
