This group is made up of 27 women who live in the same area; where there exists a strong social cohesion which gave birth to their group in March 2018. Their primary activity is sales. Mame Seynabou, on the far right of the photo with her hand raised, is the group representative. She is married, 48 years old and the mother of six children, three of whom are girls. Mame Seynabou has been active in cosmetic sales for more than five years. With the loan, she plans to buy some cosmetic products according to customer requests and resell them. With the profits, she hopes to build up her savings to pay her loan on time and to support her family.
