Gnokondeme Group's story

Aissata is a married woman who is the mother of 4 children, including 2 girls and 2 boys. She is seen in the photo holding the container filled with corn. Aissata is the group's representative. She lives in a rural community in Mali.

It's been 2 years now since she has requested a loan from RMCR to finance her market gardening activities. Her husband is a farmer who does not have sufficient means to meet all of the needs of the family. As a result, she must also provide for the family so that their children can have everything they need, including clothing, health care, and above all, a good education.

Before RMCR came, it was very difficult for her to get a loan, because her village is far from the city, and the road is in bad condition. Today, she is taking a loan with RMCR so that she can better manage her corn storage activities and repay her loan on time. This will give her financial indepence.

With her earnings from her storage business, she will be able to provide for her needs and those of her children.
