Abiya's story

Abiya is 33 years old and married with four children and a supportive husband who's a farmer. She lives in Kiruhura district with her family; all their children are in school. She earns income from her retail shop and seasonal farming, which she does with her husband.

She's been a client of EBO SACCO for some time. Abiya requested a loan to expand her retail business by purchasing more items, like sugar, soap, salt and boxes of water, to increase her income and pay school fees for her children.
