A loan helped to buy mulberry and tapa paper for her business.

Lile's story

Meet this lady named Lile from the village of Houma. She is married to a farmer, and they are blessed with one and only son. Their family consists of six members who live together at their own house.

Lile is a mother who makes a living from a tapa-making business. Lile joins a group of women once a week, every Friday, to make tapas. They can make more than seven tapas on that day. They help each other to do designing of the tapas, and when they are ready, they sell them to people through the internet and sometimes on the radio.

Lile not only makes tapas, but makes soft tapas as well, and sells them to her regular customers.

She requested this loan to help her buy more mulberry for her tapa-making. She will be able to make more tapas to earn a good income for her family. She will be able to do loan repayments weekly.

This loan is special because:
