Ndiourbel Tock Group's story

This group was created in April 2019 by bringing together these very dynamic women who are mainly traders. Awa, the featured borrower, is standing on the far right of the photo. She is 53 years old and married with 7 children, 4 of them boys.

Awa has a business selling foodstuffs. With this new loan, she plans to buy bags of rice, grain, milk and sugar to resell in her local community.

Using the profits, Awa plans to build up her shop, help her husband support the family by buying food and contribute to the cost of her children's education.
