A loan helped to buy fish to sell.

Angeth's story

Angeth is a 34-year-old mother of four, hailing from South Sudan. She migrated to Uganda in 2014 due to political instability in her home country. Despite being a single mother with children ranging in age from 15 years to 7 months, Angeth has worked tirelessly to build a fish vending business, which she has successfully operated for the past four years.

Angeth is seeking a loan to purchase additional fish and open a retail shop. This loan will enable her to expand her business into the wholesale market, increasing her income and allowing her to better support her family.

Her long-term goal is to open a larger shop in Bweyale Town, which will create more opportunities for growth and provide better service to her customers. Angeth is determined to improve her business, ensuring a brighter future for her children.

Supporting Angeth’s loan will help her achieve her dreams of expanding her business and improving her family’s financial stability.
