Susan's story

Hello! I’m Susan, owner of Sue’s Kimbap House! My husband, two sons and I embraced Concord, NH community’s warmth when we moved here a year ago, and it’s my pleasure to bring over 25 years of Korean culinary expertise to New Hampshire’s vibrant dining scene. Here, we serve up not just food, but a slice of culture—authentic Korean Kimbap and a medley of dishes that are as nourishing as they are delightful.

I was adopted when I was a baby and have American parents. I grew up in Lee, MA with my 7 other adopted siblings and didn't have to opportunity to eat Korean food until I met my husband. I would love to have other experience Kimbap and other tasty items. Buying these machines will help me fulfill all of my catering orders .

My journey began in 1999 when my husband, Hyun, opened my world to the authentic flavors of Korea. Since then, we’ve crafted and savored Korean cuisine across New Jersey, Los Angeles, and even Sao Paulo, Brazil. Now, we’re bringing the adventure to you!
