A loan helped to purchase a new set of looms that will improve garment production.

Aura's story

Aura is a skilled seamstress from Pasto, Nariño, with 20 years of experience in the field. She runs her own tailoring workshop, specializing in the production of school uniforms, of which she makes more than 140 units daily. She uses her own machines and tools specific to each task, ensuring high quality and efficiency.

Aura lives with one of her granddaughters in a house she bought years ago. Her granddaughter attends the local school and helps her in the afternoons with refining the garments.

A loan of $3,842,536 COP allows Aura to purchase a new set of looms. This investment will enhance her production capacity and the quality of her uniforms, enabling her to meet the growing demand and maintain the standards of her workshop.
