A loan helped to purchase rice, salmon, carrots, pickles, onions, water and sodas.

Gabriela Mishell's story

Gabriela is an enterprising 29-year old woman who lives in peace and harmony with her husband and their two children. They own their home, which allows them household stability. Gabriela's husband helps her with her restaurant business, and her children happily go to school.

Gabriela's love for cooking lead her to start making sushi. She has had her business for three years, and because her food is well-known in the area, she has both regular and walk-in clientele.

Gabriela is requesting a loan so she can innovate with a greater variety of flavors, for which she needs to buy rice, salmon, carrots, pickles, onions, water and sodas. The purchase will help her to offer improved customer service.

Her vision for the future consists in opening another branch, as her restaurant is the only one to offer this type of food. Everything Gabriela does is for her family, for her husband and her children, so that her children can have a good education.
