Patmah's story

Patmah is 47 years old and married with two sons and a daughter. She's a farmer.

One of her sons is still in school. As a mother, Patmah is very concerned about the education of her children. She's asking Kiva for support to pay school fees, which are in arrears, because she believes education is key to a brighter and better future.

She's applied for a loan of 6,000,000 IDR from KBMI at Petir Branch to pay her son's school fees in arrears. Her income isn't enough to directly pay these costs, but she'll be able to repay the loan in installments with profits from her business.
