Roza D. is the leader of this group. She is a resident of Kochkor, a nice village in the Isykul region. She is 55 old and married to a taxi driver. Together with her husband, she has raised two sons; both of whom are engaged in farming. In order to earn money to cover family expenses, the family cultivates agricultural products. Selling part of their harvest, they earn 5000 soms per month. Roza and her husband are also engaged in cattle breeding. With money received from the loan they will purchase more cattle for breeding.
