Kerren's story

Kerren is a refugee mother to 4 children who are all in school. The family stays in Yumbe, which is in the West Nile region of Uganda.

Today, Kerren is a happier woman because life is a lot better and she choose not to give up and work hard to give her family a better life.

Kerren is a farmer who grows cassava and millet. This is mainly for home consumption. Besides this, she also has a small stall that mainly sells dry food stuff.



She would like to add more stock so that she is able to boost her sales, pay school fees and her dream is to have a stall in the main market one day.



She is very glad for all the support that VisionFund and Kiva has given her.
