A loan helped to buy seeds, organic fertilisers, and other agricultural supplies.

Mishel Jasmin's story

Mishel, 18 years old, lives with her parents and her young son in the rural community of Magdalena, in a modest family dwelling.

As a single mother, she has been making a living, alongside her parents, by cultivating corn and bean seeds for the past two years. This has enabled her to provide for the needs of her young son.

Mishel aims to expand her crops and become self-reliant. Therefore, she is seeking her first loan to buy seeds, organic fertilisers, and other agricultural supplies, with the hope of increasing the income generated by her business.

She aspires to secure a bright future for her child and eventually own a home.
