A loan helped to purchase fertilizer and hire laborers to tend to the industrial tree farm.

Minh's story

Minh, a 48-year-old widow with grown-up children, currently devotes her time to caring for her elderly mother in a small house in the mountainous region of Ngoc Lac district. Her main source of income comes from a small farm where she raises poultry, particularly ducks and chickens. Additionally, she manages a long-standing industrial tree garden, selling timber to traders to generate income while contributing to local, sustainable agriculture practices.

Despite her hard work and dedication, Minh faces financial constraints that limit the growth potential of her agricultural activities. In an effort to expand her operations and improve her family's income, she decided to ask for this second loan from Thanh Hoa MFI to purchase 210 bags of fertilizer and hire laborers to tend to the industrial tree farm.

Minh envisions the tree farm thriving and becoming a sustainable source of income for her family. By investing in agricultural inputs and maintenance, she hopes to enhance the productivity of her farm and ultimately boost her household's financial stability.
