A loan helped to buy cattle to increase his herd.

Flavio's story

Sr. Flavio is a hardworking man who is 50 years old. He lives in the town of Cabanillas, which is located approximately 3,855 meters above sea level. Flavio raises domesticated animals such as cattle, sheep, goats, and horses. For the past 16 years, he has developed great skill and technique in taking care of his animals. He has become an expert in his community when it comes to raising livestock.

Due to the difficult economic situation and low sales, Sr. Flavio is looking to expand his business. He is requesting a microloan to buy cattle. His goal is to increase his herd so that he can diversify his production and begin selling food products such as milk, cheese, meat, and yogurt. This expansion will not only strengthen his family’s financial condition, but it will also enable him to provide a better education for his children and secure a more prosperous future for his family.

The microloan Sr. Flavio is requesting represents an opportunity for him to improve his financial situation and expand his business. As a result, he will be able to generate additional income from products that come from his livestock. Not only will this benefit his immediate family, but it will also contribute to the economic development of the community.
