Lorena Santa's story

This is Lorena, a humble and hard-working woman who has lived in a rented house for more than 9 years together with her sister, nieces and nephews and her children, who are grown-up and independent. She has always dreamt of having her own house and is working to achieve this through her work as a beautician, which she carries out at home.

Manicures and pedicures are her forte, but she also cuts hair when requested to by her clients. She has more than 20 years' experience in this field of work, so she has a strong base of regular clients who always recommend her to more people.

Lorena has dreamt of establishing a permanent beauty salon in her house, but she knows that to achieve this goal she must work very hard. She is applying for a loan to buy make-up, nail polish, hair dye, gloves, nail files and other materials. She aspires to thus improve her income and thereby achieve her objectives in the coming years.
