Lorenza's story

Lorenza is a resident of Lemery, Iloilo. She is 53 years old, married, and has two children. To earn an income, Lorenza runs a sari-sari (variety) store where she sells basic commodities. She has been in this business for 15 years.

Lorenza is now requesting a Kiva loan of 12,000 PHP from CEVI, a microfinance NGO in the Philippines. She will use the loan to buy assorted groceries such as toiletries, snack foods, canned goods, noodles, eggs, spices, and drinks.
