This lovely lady is Zhyldyz, a 50-year-old widow with one child. She has received a secondary education, and is kind and outgoing by nature. She has been rearing livestock and growing crops for many a long year, and this is her family's main source of income. Thanks to her hard work and her son's help with the farm, it presently consists of six cows and 15 sheep. Zhyldyz's home property offers all the appropriate conditions for the keeping of livestock, and the area where she lives is eminently well suited to livestock breeding. Every year, the animals are herded out to fresh pastures.
In order to develop her farm further, Zhyldyz is seeking support from Kiva in the amount of 250,000 som (KGS), to buy more livestock. Her aim in this is to increase her headcount. This will unquestionably help enhance the farm's productivity and, consequently, the income it brings in. Zhyldyz is hoping to achieve her desired result and create a better life for her family.
