Jerome's story

I am an autodidact chef. During my early twenties I became more involved in healthy lifestyle and learned to cook mostly plant based meals. My business is a result of experimentation with what our agriculture has to offer, leading to experiences that are unique in taste and essence. I'm motivated by the community of clients that have consistently supported my art. My passion for growing my business is fed by the awareness and possibility of providing a curated plant based proposal in a culture where there is great opportunity for development and education.

Currently, I have teamed up with Jessica. She is in charge of watching over operations, logistics and service. We look forward to offering a unique culinary proposal that expresses who we are, where we come from and how food culture has the potential to bring the best out of many sectors.
