Fritz's story

My name is Fritz (in the photo: gray vest and purple tie!), and I am a proud Haitian American who was born and raised in Stamford, Connecticut. Growing up in Stamford has instilled in me a deep appreciation for community development and the creation of employment opportunities for those around me. It is with great enthusiasm that I share my vision for building a trade school focused on HVAC and plumbing, as an additional outlet of employment for my community.

My partner John is a longtime resident of Bridgeport, CT, who earned his B.S in electrical engineering from the University of New Haven. He is a career Automation Engineer/Systems Integrator that brings more than ten years of manufacturing industry experience to the Indoor Comfort Training Center. Throughout his career, John has been responsible for the design and management of multiple small and large-scale capital initiatives while working with teams of engineers, plumbers, electricians, and other trades to fully realize project outcomes. John also works as a professional musician, producing music for several artists, performing on live shows, and as a Musical Director in varying capacities. John is looking to utilize his professional expertise in manufacturing to influence the experiential & practical curriculum at the Indoor Comfort Training Center.

Having been an active participant in the $3.5 billion redevelopment in South-End Stamford, known as Harbor Point, I have witnessed the transformation and growth of the commercial real estate sector in Fairfield and Westchester counties. While these developments have created opportunities, I also recognize the need for a skilled workforce to support the ongoing infrastructure projects and meet the demand for HVAC and plumbing services.
