A loan helped a member to buy clothes wholesale to resell.

02-Fortaleza Divina Group's story

The Fortaleza Divina communal bank is part of the Agencia 3 de Mayo. It is made up of eight members who are friends and neighbors from the area. It is led by a board of directors.

Fernanda is part of the board. She is 46 years old, divorced and has four children. She currently has a business selling clothes at fairs.

The loan she is taking out now will be to increase her work capital, buying clothes wholesale, among other things, from wholesale vendors in the city of La Paz. She will later sell them from her sales space. This form of work allows her to generate resources to support her family financially.

Fernanda's aspirations are to improve her quality of life. She asks that you continue trusting in her communal bank.

Only the board of directors appears in the photo due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
