Sra. Esperanza is a 62-year-old traveling vendor who sells packaged snacks and street food at the schools. She has seven children. Esperanza has been operating her business for the past 22 years. She always sells prepared foods at schools or other places where she is allowed to set up her business.
Esperanza says that every day, she is always outside of a school by 6:00 A.M. so that she can get her business going. She will use her loan to buy supplies. Esperanza aspires to grow her business and have a formal eatery.
