A loan helped a Marshallese business owner start his handyman company by purchasing needed equipment.

Watak's story

I was born in the Marshall Islands and immigrated to Arizona in 2007. I came to NWA in 2020 to be closer to my wife’s family. In Arizona I was employed in property management. I have nearly 14 years of experience in property management/maintenance. When we moved to Northwest Arkansas I got a job also working for a prroperty management company. I can do almost anything from installing all appliances to painting to flooring, I know how to make a property feel and look like new again. I enjoy fixing things and working with my hands, making sure my clients are well taken care of. Working in property management in the area is helpful because I have gotten to meet clients and get expertise.

This loan is special because:

It supports a small business owner with 0%-interest, zero-fee capital.
