Regine is a client of the microfinance institution Hekima and leader of the "Yesu Ni Jibu Kituku" groupe villageoise. She is married, thirty-two years old, and the mother of four children, all of whom attend school. Her partner works for a private company.
She sells drinks at a business she started three years ago with start-up funds she received from her husband. Later, she joined Hekima's program to support her business as it developed gradually. With this new loan, she will stock up on Fanta drinks in bulk, to strengthen her working capital. Her business does not have any problems.
She would like her children to continue to study and to develop her business. Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for supporting business owners without access to traditional banking services in the context of the Covid-19 global epidemic. The photo only shows the group leader in accordance with Covid-19 social distancing guidelines.
